Auditorium & Classrooms

Johns Hopkins at Keswick has many areas to hold training classes, meetings, and other gatherings.  For a description of each area, please see below.  Please contact the Facilities Management office for questions or to schedule a reservation at 443.997.0680, or email keswickfacilities@transwestern.com

Please note that reservations for Keswick employees are free of charge.  There is however a fee associated with reservations for external groups.  The Auditorium is $375 for a full day and $250 for a half day.  All Classrooms are $175 for a full day and $100 for a half day. 

Food is permitted in the Classroom areas only, and catering must be set up through Aramark Corporation.  Please contact Alan Koska, Chef and Kitchen Manager at 443-997-0720.  Please refer to the "Café / Food Service" tab under "Building Amenities" for the catering menu and further information.

 

  • Auditorium
    • Located in the South Building, 2nd floor
    • Fixed seating with writing tablets for a capacity of 208 people.
    • Wireless capability
    • Built in projection system (ONLY room with projector onsite), desktop computer, wireless microphone, Lectern microphone, DVD player and laptop connection accessibility for your presentations as well as an ADA presentation area and a control center for behind the scene controls.
    • Hearing impaired devices plus two handicap accessible areas for seating.
    • No food or beverage permitted

 

IMPORTANT:  The National Fire Protection Association standards determine the maximum number of occupants permitted at places of public assembly.  The max capacity number provided for each classroom below should be lowered considerably for sit down meetings for the comfort ability of all occupants.

 

  • Classrooms A&B (max capacity - 60 people standing)
    • Located in the South Building, 2nd floor (across from the Auditorium)
    • Tables and chairs
    • Wireless capability
    • Food and beverage is permitted - Catering can be setup through Aramark Corporation who is onsite
    • Moveable podium
    • Projector Screen (No Projector)
