Tenant Handbook

Tenant Council

One of our “secrets of success” is the Tenant Council.  The Tenant Council, which meets on a quarterly basis, is made up of a representative from each tenant in the building.  In addition, line level and middle managers from the major vendors are also represented, including janitorial, food service, security, and other vendors who add value through their attendance.  The quarterly meetings are an excellent opportunity for the management team to disseminate information to tenants, for tenants to provide feedback on services at the building, and for all parties to keep open lines of communications with one another.

In today’s increasingly sophisticated tenant environment, tenants are particularly concerned with management’s ability to respond effectively to their needs.  Transwestern prides itself on the relationships that we have established with our tenants.  We are extremely proactive in this regard and demand the highest level of professional service from our management, engineering, and contract personnel who interact with our tenants on a daily basis.  A commitment to tenant satisfaction, combined with exceptional campus facilities service, provides our tenants with a positive business environment and our owners with asset value enhancement.
