Mail Service
Your onsite representative for the Keswick Mailroom is Jonathon Wolfe - who can be reached at telephone ext. 70699.
External Mail
Mail service is provided by the US Postal Service and will be delivered to your tenant space by a representative of Campus Mail Services daily. Mail will be picked up from a pre-determined location in your suite every day Monday through Friday to be given to the US Postal Service on the following day.
Each tenant is given a separate Suite number. To ensure your suite receives all deliveries, please be sure incoming mail and packages provide your Suite. For Example:

Johns Hopkins Internal Mail
Unstamped mail given to Campus Mail services goes to the Mt. Washington location for stamping. All unstamped mail received after 1:00 pm will be picked up the following day. All mail going to a location other than Mt. Washington will be picked up according to their schedule. Please call Johns Hopkins Mail Services for more information at 410-735-6623.
UPS / FEDEX
- FedEx EXPRESS* has provided a drop box outside of the South lobby entrance. Pickup is scheduled at 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. *IMPORTANT - Please DO NOT use this drop box for FedEx Ground, FedEx International Next Flight, FedEx SameDay, or for dangerous goods shipments. This box is for FedEx Express packages only. Please contact the mail room representative (ext. 70699) for any other outgoing FedEx packages, or call and schedule a direct pick up with Fedex at 1-800-GOFEDEX.
